Employment
John Hancock Charter School
serves grades K-8 with 20 students per class. We are a small
community school of only 160 students. Parental participation
will be highly encouraged and expected.
We are
currently not actively hiring for any
positions. From time to time, however,
positions do open up. If you are interested in teaching
at JHCS please complete the application process as shown

The Hiring Committee will review
all applications and you will hear back from them via e-mail,
telephone or mail. The Hiring Committee may request your
transcripts and sample lesson plans. They may also request to
observe you teach if
possible.
Pay and benefits will be determined
by experience and may be comparable to the Alpine School
District's pay scale. Benefits will be provided for full time
employees. A more detailed compensation package will be
presented during the hiring
process.
